Towing and No Kids

F350 555,

Something I found out AFTER I bought my truck. The 18" wheels on the SCrew FX4 reduces the Ford Max Towing capacity an extra 500#.

If you want Max towing and payload capacity, I think the 4x2 SCab, with the 5.4L, 8' Bed, 17" wheels and 4.10 gears will give you the best performance (Heavy Duty Payload Package).

There are some tech specs at these two sites that might be helpful as you compare and consider options---->

I have the scab...Very tight fit in the back seat for me...I do like many things about it...I have not driven a new screw...but I see them everywhere now and like the idea the back door opens without having to open the front one like I do now...

So I think the next one I get will be a screw with a trailer tow package and the 5.4L motor in a Lariat model...even if I have to buy it used to afford it over a new one that I can't ...
