I really envy the F250,F350 because when it comes to bumpers they have many to choose from and they are Full front bumper replacements not just a wanna be. I knew that I wanted to get a winch with my vehicle and ranchand did not have that option(except for a clasIII receiver in front). This was something else I was considering due to its clean look.

They are also not very pricey at all. Getting the one I had took alot of A$$ ki$$ing to my wife, but she is very pleased as well. So were both happy.

Good luck.
Thanks for the link...I may be ordering that Buck Stop Bumper for my 08 F250. Still considering the ARB (when it comes out) and the Fab Fours aw well. I am really leaning toward the ARB Sahara as it is the style that I really want. Nice looking truck, by the way

What's the cheapest place to get one of these? What happend to all the pictures at the beginning of the thread? I'd like to get the 16.5ti winch from Warn but I cant find any brush guards for the F150 that you can mount it on.

I called one of ranchhands outlets stores a few days ago and they wanted 850 for the remplacement bumper, for that price i would just get a Boondock bumper like Pat is getting.

It depends on whether or not they have any left from the previous "batch" they made. More than likely yes.

I also wanted to have a winch since I almost got stuck with the family in the middle of nowhere in the Nevada back roads. Here is some more pics.

I have posted these pics on the winch thread. The front is heavy and I am trying to find some heavy duty coil springs. Not that I need them right now, but I am looking for them for my piece of mind. I also don't expect to see many people with this front end either and I kinda like that.
For the price, that's not a particularly elegant design. All of the other bumpers/guards that I've seen here are kinda clumsy too. Somehow all the guard components aren't balanced off against each other. The main bumper is huge.

Road Armor or its sister company makes a very nice 'Raptor' bumper with 2 1/2 -inch guard tubes welded on. It's 2600 clams though, and more for installation. But, surely doing an R&R yourself on a bumper isn't rocket science, right? What was the weight of yours?

Ranch Hand Bumper

I just installed a Ranch hand bumper on my truck today(9-20-08). I had trouble finding photos of the summit bumper on a f150 last week so I am posting mine to help anyone looking at this bumper. I am very happy with it and recommend it. I bought it at Sam's Offroad in tulsa. It took me about 2 hours to install it. I will be adding the hidden reciever hitch soon. Please view my profile to see the photo album.I can e-mail larger photos if anyone needs a better view.
