KCovers comes through :)

I emailed Advance Cover/KCovers (my bed cover brand) about a seal that came loose on my truck. The adhesive wasn't sticking well to the bed rail. The bed rail is a rough surface so I figured maybe it was bound to happen. Anyway, I asked them for suggestions on what aftermarket adhesive I might use to reseal it. They replied and said it appears to be a warranty issue and they'll ship out the new seals right away Good deal!

Ahhh.. another company to add to the 'good CS' list. Sadly, its a short list...

Nice feedback!

lariatf150, I take it you are otherwise pleased with the fit and finish of the cover? Does it lock securely and seem to be well designed/made?

I am in the market for one of these and am trying to sort out which one to get.

Thanks.

Jim

Yes, I'm happy with it. Very sturdy and fits well. No water leaks that I've seen. The only issue I could see is if you need to have your bed rails available when you remove the cover...because the seals are stuck to that. You could damage them if you're rough with them. Otherwise, I like it. I don't have a need to have access to the bed rails so it's fine with me. I keep my phone stuff back there...jacks, ladder, 54" drill bit, fish rods, etc...no issues with water at all.
