To anyone out there in the know..Would it be possible to convert the passenger seat in a FX4 to a power seat just like the Lariat? I know the base is available but are the necessary trim pieces available and are all the electrical connections already in place? I'm not sure if the Fx4 and the Lariat share some of the same color interior pieces such as the trim around the power seat controls. If all of the parts are available it shouldn't be to difficult to do. Maybe expensive but possible. I know someone out there has some info on this.

 

Everything would be available as Ford needs these parts for warranty work. Trim color may not be available, often Ford ships one trim color and you must paint to match. If the connector isn't there, all you need is power and ground, match the guage to what is on the driver's side.

 

I have since discovered that the trim around the power seat controls is black. Does the Lariat have the black trim?
