Just got my shipping confirmation. I ordered Wednesday UPS Ground (the cheapest way) it shipped today and is scheduled to arrive at my door steps on Monday.

Man I have been around just busy as heck. Building a few spec houses and its eating up my time. Plus I see a lot of the same ol postings on here and generally dont read those over and over again. How you?

 

I know what you mean about the postings. I have been spending most of my time over in the General Discussion Forum. I hover around here and check stuff out from time to time. I try to contribute where I can to the new guys.

Oh I will definetly keep you informed of my findings. Took my truck in this morning for the slight vibration (shudder). Both front tires were 1 ounce out of balance and both rear were 1/2 ounce out. I can no longer feel the vibe in the steering wheel. Its still there but not something I consider to be a nuisance.

They may have just gotten busy, and couldn't get to your call back. They called me back, and I had no issues ordering. Just try calling them again, and politely mention that you didn't get a callback. I'm sure they'll accomodate you.

Just had to place an order for the programmer as well. Sounds like they are just flying out the doors with all the orders. Called Troyer Performance and I must say they are a pleasure to deal with and will again. Can't wait till it gets here to try it out.

 

Ordered 1714 Tuner. Paid extra to ship overnight. Received it Friday. Tried to tune my truck. Said my program was not stock. Gave me an E-43 error code. Wouldn't download my stock program. Tried three times. Called the place I purchased it from. Explained my problem. They took my phone number and said they would call me back. No call that day. Nobody open on the weekend. Expected a call today (Monday). No call. I called them again. They gave me the number to Superchips. Called Superchips and explained the problem. They told me to ship it to them and they would overnight it back. So it has cost me extra to have it shipped next day to me and then for me to ship it to Superchips and I'll be lucky to see it this week. Not very happy right now. This thing is getting pretty freakin' expensive with all of this shipping.

 

Who did you buy from? If you identify the place you bought it from, maybe you can save someone else from making the same mistake. Good luck on straightening the whole thing out.
