Scuff marks on vinyl cup holder

Scuff marks on vinyl cup holder

Does anybody know how to get these scuff marks off of the vinyl cup holder? They don't rub out, and it seems to scuff pretty easy.

Any advice? Thanks in advance

I've read that the new Mr. Clean Majic Erasers work great for this. They are available at Wal Mart, K Mart, etc.
