It's odd for them to keep it. I am sure you've checked your glove box, right? We used to fold them up and put it in the glove box when detailing them.

How long have you had the truck? Any chance it's still at the stealership?

i would just go back to the dealer and let them know you would like it. They may either still have it or another on file or maybe with your vin # they can get you one or let you know how to get one, i know that the serv. dept can tell you your trucks b-day and what number out of how many built it is and stuff like that through the vin #....

I have never failed to receive the sticker from the dealer, but maybe that's because I always give specific instructions that they are to preserve it for me.

If y'all didn't receive it initially, I suspect it's in your local landfill by now and I doubt that it can be duplicated.

I don't know if it's a state law...I'm pretty sure it's a federal law, but they MUST give you your sticker. All new cars must be sold with the sticker.

I definitely got mine.

I didn’t get mine with the truck either. My dealer ordered it from Ford for me and I received it in about three weeks. No problem, the salesman took care of it.

Here in Mich. I was told the dealership is not supposed to take them off. They are to be removed from the customer...

My dealer said he can print them out at the dealership. I was looking at a Marauder and the window sticker was ripped, crimpled and tape stuck to it holding it together. The sales manager said he can put the vin into a computer and print an exact duplicate of the original window sticker. He also said they do it all the time, since the new window sticker style came out a few years ago.
This is the same dealership that issues DMV titles, DMV tags and registration when you buy your truck. No thirty day paper tags or return visit to pick up your tags and registration.
