I don't have the factory subwoofer but do plan on installing an amp under the back seat or behind the back seat (if it'll fit). My question is, does anyone know if the wiring is in place for the factory subwoofer regardless if I have it installed or not? If Ford already brought power and a ground already to the back area it would be a time saver.

 

No there’s no wiring in place. You’ll have to run your own under the carpet.
