Well, here is the deal. These trucks are very high in the rear for good reason. If you would have only lowered the rear 2" it would look more level than it does now. Dont get me wrong, it looks killer. But, yes you need to lower the rear more. It will accentuate the wheels alot more. By doing a 2/2 drop it looks the same but just closer to the ground.

BTW, what size rims/tires do you have? I am getting mine too. I have a Reg. Cab short bed too, but I have the 5.4L. I am only getting 20's but I need to decide on a good tire size. Plus, I am only going with a 2" rear drop. I dont want the truck lowered in the front.

Anyway, the truck looks damn good man.

my wheels are 20x9.5 and the tires are 275/45/20. the drop on the front looks KILLER IMO.

Go Canes!

I think you need to get it down in the rear to, I think the new F150 looks absolutly the best when they are level (no matter which rideheight they are at)
I got my H&R kit a couple of weeks ago and I have only gotten the rear shackles put on, not the front springs yet, I know I will buy some other rear leafsprings to get it down more (I don't want to do a flip kit)
anyone know if anyone has rear leafs for our trucks available yet?

SVT...Your pic poses an amazing optical illusion! I could swear the rear wheels are smaller...by a substantial amount. Luv the 'Shadow".
