In the process of installing my PA system, I have found that the best place to mount the speaker is under the front bumper right behind the lower grille (in between the fog lights), but now I need some mesh material or something to conseal it.......I haven't found any custom grille that I like, I was thinking that I would just buy the material and cut it and paint it....however, I can't find anything what would work/look good. Any ideas or suggestions?

 

How about welding in a few pieces of rebar...vertical or horizontal...your choice.
