Does anyone know of a wiring diagram, or which wire goes to the reverse lights? My boat trailer has an automatic lockout for my surge brakes when the reverse lights are on, and the place that the dealer sent the truck to hasnt been able to get the right wiring. This is on a 7-wire harness...

 

The packet that Ford gives you in the glovebox with the wiring harness to connect to the brake controller has a complete wiring diagram as well as the relays and fuses and the color codes of the wires and pin locations. I would post them up but the papers are at home and I am at work right now.

 

I found this link that shows the wiring diagram for 7pin connectors. It says that this is the standard.
