I installed a T-Rex Flush mount on mine. I purchased it on line from American Truck N' Auto Accessories http://www.american-truck-auto.com/b...les_ford.shtml

I like it alot better than the bolt on inserts that they have because it goes all the way to the chrome shell. It is a little harder to install but well worth the effort. I have a picture of it in my gallery.

I think the vertical grill they sell looks great! A little expensive but really nice.

Here is a pic of mine.
I got it off ebay. Its not a bolt over you have to take out the old honeycomb plastic grill and put this one back in its place.

I think I got mine for around 149 or somthing like that.

Few more pics in my gallery.

It looks good but keep in mind that its a bolt-on. I don't know what color your truck is or what you have for the grill shell but keep in mind if you have the standard nickel color honeycomb grill the 1" frame just inside the shell will be exposed. If your shell happens to be black like in the picture but you grill is nickel I have seen alot of guys paint the grill black before inserting the bolt-on billet. By doing this it gives it a look like the billet goes all the way to the frame.
