How does it change your handling/steering?

Other than leveling out the looks, and making for greater tire clearance, what are the other benefits?

Any drawbacks?

 

Its only designed to level the truck, nothing else. It doesnt affect the handling or steering. I havent seen any other benefits. The only drawback is you should have your alignment checked after the install and that can run a few extra dollars.
