Jimmer,

I could not stand to part with my '99 XLT SCab 5.4 Flairside when I decided to get my 04 XLT SCrew 5.4, so I kept her. I actually convinced my wife to take the '99, which looks as good today as the day she off the showroom floor. Parking garages at work help keep the finishes looking good. So, I see every day and FWIW, I think that '99 looks almost as pretty as the '04. While I drive the '04 daily, I still drive the '99 ocassionally.

It has a black grill because it is a XLT.

There is nothing better than a fine automobile. You don't even need a real girl with something that sexy, but you can't hardly keep them out of the cab!
The '04s are awesome trucks but I had to get a diesel so I got the 250. Very similar styling and I love the diesel sound. Don't let anyone ever tell you that size doesn't matter... 7.3 liters of Powerstroke diesel will satisfy anyone. Pleasure you can't measure!
