I was wondering if anyone here knows what the different paint codes mean on your order receipt. How can you tell if it is monotone or two tone?
Also, is it only speculation that the diamond plate look floor mats(FX4) are discontinued, or does somebody know for sure?
I am waiting for an FX4 SCAB Flareside that I ordered at the end of March.

 

Gord, I ordered my FX4 in January, received it last week. No diamond plated floor mats!!! Must have been discontinued. I checked out another fx4 on the lot and it didn't have them either. Bummer, the diamond plate ones looked cool.

 

That's pretty weak. Part of the reason I went FX4 instead of Lariat was it's look and those floor mats were part of the look. I wonder if they will swap out floor mats from the FX4 they have on their lot.

 

I fthey still have it when your truck comes in I dont see why they wouldnt. They should be willing to do that to satisfy the customer.

 

GordV...re: paint codes. According to my info, the FX4 Flaresides are only available in two-tone paint schemes. So, whatever color you ordered, it will not be a monotone if it's a Flareside (except the Shadow Grey, of course).

 

GordV, I got my FX4 in the middle of Feb and the Diamond plate mats were in mine. Granted, it may have been sitting on the lot for awhile too. I never paid attention to how long it was there before I got it. I would assume only a couple of months judging from the inspection sticker. anyway, good luck.

 

Thanks for the feedback, I did order the truck in Dark Shadow Grey, so hopefully it is monotone. I keep going to Grayflare's gallery to get an idea of what my truck will look like.

I hope when your truck arrives it gives you the service mine has given me so far. I have been so lucky not to have any problems so far. If you like yours half as much as I do mine, you will be overflowing with joy. This truly is Fords best effort so far.

 

I just bought my FX4 on Tuesday, and it was sitting on their lot since 2/18, and it doesn't have the diamond style mats either.

that's ok, because today I just ordered up some Nifty Extreme catch-alls.......and an Advance cover, a billet grile and.....
