Just got all my gear and im ready to install it all tomorrow. One quick question to all of you who have installed an XM radio. I am looking at my pioneer and it tells me that it is XM ready, now I also got an XM commander, could i just use the tuner on the commander and make it work with my head unit?

Correct me if Im wrong, but with that head unit you need to have the XM tuner installed too.

Will be xm not sirius like pic.

 

It is probably the same tuner, but you will probably find that you will not have the correct control cable to hook up to the head unit. I could be wrong though.
