Paint Touch Up Kit - Who to Call?

I thought this has been discussed before so I did a search but didn't have any luck.

I understand I should have gotten a touch up kit sent to me a couple of months after my '04 purchase. Of course it has not arrived, been about 5 months now. I recently noticed a very small chip in the paint and would like to touch it up.

Should I call Ford Customer Service? Or my dealer? I would think Customer Service?

Did others get their kit's?

Thanks.

I don't think y'all can assume that every purchaser of an '04 received a paint kit...I didn't after 5 months. I suspect the dealer would 'capitulate' and either 'activate' a FoMoCo freebie or, if shamed into it, donate one from the dealer's inventory.

Not only did i get mine, ive already had to use it. Some bozo already gave me a door nick on the passenger side of my truck. Thank goodness it didn't ding the door, just chipped the paint.
Saving up for side steps! Those should help.

I believe that I read that the touch up paint "bonus" is a program that the dealers decide to participate in, or they can choose not to. My dealer does not do it, which is to bad since I had buy my own tubes of paint!

Instead of a touch up paint, my dealer sends out a custom made wall calendar (good for 2 years) that has a picture of the vehicle with the new buyers standing beside it. It is a nice gesture, but next time I want them to load the bed up with Hooters Girls and leave my ugly mug out of sight of the camera.
