Rancho Shocks Question

I recently purchased an '04 SuperCrew FX4 that was transferred from another dealer. The feature sheet stated "Rancho Shocks". When I received the truck I was looking for the Rancho label that I have seen on other vehicles' shocks and could not find one. None of the guys at the dealership could confirm whether or not they were Rancho shocks.

How can I tell if I got them or not? Should they have a label on them? The ones that are there are plain black...did I pay for something I didn't get?

Thanks in advance

Maybe. I have looked at Rancho's site and can't find any application guide that lists the 2004 yet. Rancho shocks are also very noticable as they are White with Red boots. I guess you probably know this. I've never seen the black ones, and I don't think that Rancho would produce a shock without it's name on it.

For model year 2003 Rancho shocks were standard on an FX4. They were white with red boots. My 2004 FX4 has the same shocks that you described and they are not Rancho's
