Man, that sucks! Reminds me of a line from the Tom Cruise classic, Risky Business.... "Ok, who's the U-boat Captain?" But this is no laughing matter, hope you're able to get back as close to pre-rain condition as possible.

i'd go after it with a stout shop vac and vacuum the entire interior. Also, each year i pull all seats and console from my 1997 extended cab and steam clean the interior. You might want to pull the seats, just so you can make sure the carpet dries well and no mold develops. Seats are easy to pull, assuming you have another vehicle to use while the interior dries. And as mentioned, put a few fans in there and crank em up. Good luck.

Hey, sorry to hear that! We've all done it (or something like it.) Anyway, If you have a de-humidifier, find a level spot and let 'er run overnight. It'll stop when its full.

This was always my greatest fear when I moved from AZ to WA. When I lived in AZ, I always had a garage and left windows or the moonroof open. This house has no garage and I just knew I'd do it some time. Recently I had a carport built, and in the mean time, I managed not to leave anything open when it rained. Sooner or later it was gonna happen.

Best of luck cleaning up the mess.

DOH! In response to the moonroof not being smart enough to realize when its raining...I just began working for the company that makes the moonroof for this vehicle...I'll see what I can do...lol.

Interesting job so far...some of you may remember I had been working for the company who makes the instrument cluster....ya gotta love living in the Detroit area! :-)
