My XLT has a key slot on the passenger side door.
You can see it kind of glowing in one of my pictures taken from the rear of the truck.

very funny Blitzkrieg; it's a nice feature on her SUV because she drives it to and from work during the week but whenever we're together I'm behind the wheel, and all I have to do is chirp and go. i'll just tell her "even though you bought it for me, you're not allowed to drive it", right!!!

I think the loss of the passenger side door lock is a security feature, it's tuff to pop the lock out when it's not there....

Just buy a second keypad for your passenger side. They are available through Ford Accessories for $135.
Are these fairly easy to install? Any drilling of the door required?

i always carry my door remote in my pocket .....its not on my key chain with the keys like most people....i figure if you gotta get the keys out to unlock the truck with the remote because its attached then just use the key....so if you get over on the passenger side and its locked and the keys are in the ignition or in the house or whatever just reach into your pocket and unlock it with the remote......

I know it was posted on the F150 door handle page, but it's not from an F150. Go out and look at your door handle, then look at a Chevy, then look at that picture again. It's not from an F150.

Here's a link for you to consider:

GM Door Handle

You stand corrected.

I am one who is glad they eliminated the passenger side lock. My 94 Bronco (traded it in on the F150) was vandalized in an attempt to gain entry by prying out the lock cylinder. The thieves never did get in but left me an ugly hole in the door.

Also was wishing for memory seats. I'll have to check into whether or not I have them in HER truck. That’s right blitzkrieg it’s hers and I’m reminded of that every damn time I get into it, whether it’s in the left seat or not!

I got you beat BH!

I've owned the truck for four months, hand washed it numerous times, read the owners manual cover to cover, and didn't realize there was no passenger keyed lock.

Shows how important it is to me, huh?

dropping the passenger door lock is an example of "decontenting" whereby the manufacturer omits features to save cost, weight, etc. I cant think of much reason to have a door lock on the passenger side except in cases where it is cold i.e. suppose an ice storm comes in and freezes the lock on one side of the truck but you are able to acces the lock on the opposite side. Personnally though it probably makes sense for ford to save 3 bucks by dropping the side door lock. When you are selling nearly a million F150's a year, three bucks a unit adds up in a hurry.
