Leveling the 04 SCREW

Does anyone have info on the parts that it would take to level a 04 Screw?

just a daystar 2.5" spacer kit $110, or autospring 2 or 2.5" spacer @ $122, or cornfed or revtek spacers which are aluminum and a little more, around $140.

See other thread about dropping a leaf out of the rear leaf springs to level it.

I am considering that as well.
