I called my service dept and asked about the vibration dampener kit for my truck. The service guy said is this mister Jenkins I said yes he said that he can't address the vibration issue with me that all questions need to go through Ford. I asked him what about anything else that involves service or warranty issues he said no problem, it's just the vibration issue that I have he can't help me with. WTF Ford is really pissing me off they have a fix for a problem that I have had for 6 months you would figure they would contact me and install the part. Nope I have to go play phone tag with the Ford people to get a part.

I'm trying to understand your situation better. Did the dealer service rep. say you had to deal with Ford directly because:
a) They (the dealer) agree that you have a problem but haven't been able to fix it (and don't know what else to do), or
b) Ford specifically intervened and asked them to have you contact them directly before doing any more work on that specific problem

It sounds like you've already been given some contact information for Ford, and they've been unresponsive...?
