Has anybody installed the new Airaid intake on their 04 ? They say it gains 20 hp and 46lbs of torque. I was just wondering if it's worth the 300 bones..

 

I installed the intake kit about 1000 miles ago and it sure seems to add some power. The only neg of it is that it is loud and has an bit of a drone at 2000 rpm. The loudness is now washed completely out by the sweet sounding Gibson dual extreme exhaust but the drone is still there. I have checked to see if it is an install issue and can't find anything. It won't do it at 2000 rpm standing still. Only under load.

Also, under normal driving conditions (when my lead foot is put away) I noticed around 1 mpg better gas mileage.
