Shipping Protection from factory on F150

Does anyone know if Ford uses any type of bumper protection, styrofoam or otherwise, to protect the front and back bumpers of the F150 during shipping?

 

I would have to say no as my rear bumper came from the factory with some fairly heavy damage to the paint on half of the bumper. Looks like they clipped something backing up or when trying to get another one out from behind it they rubbed the bumpers together.
