Do the trucks roll off the assembly line in the sequential order of their VIN numbers?

Two trucks on order (see sig), the last 6 digits of VIN numbers are 83902 and 83924, yet the build weeks are two weeks apart.

 

I hope this thing gets built soon. Ford is buying back my 01 f250 and I will have to turn it in soon to get my refund. I'll just have to rent a car.
