Fx4 vs Heritage

Just wondering what the difference is between the two, other than suspension and options. What is a heritage anyway, I have not seen one yet?

The Heritage is the old body style, like the 2003.

The 2004 Heritage is the old 97 - 03 body style. The New FX4 version is a 4X4 trim level of the 2004. Pre2004, the FX4 was an added package to the XLT or Lariat (off road package). In other words, in 03, you could get a Lariat FX4. In 04 it is one or the other.

The Heritage came out in 2003 as a 100 year edition truck. Different paint scheme and interitor with some added options. I had one before I bought my 04 SCrew. Not sure why Ford chose to keep the Heritage name for the 2004 older style, when they used it to distinguish the 100 year anniversary edition. Besides the paint scheme, I guess the only difference would be the 100 Badge on the sides and back.
