Question Sportmasters Tonneau Master ???

I realize that this issue may be close to being beaten to death so please forgive me my questions.

I have been looking at the Sportmaster Tonneau Master cover. It the snapless low profile soft cover that they recently came out with. Does anyone have any first hand experience with this unit? I like the low profile line, but am not impress with the retrax models out there.
Have seen a few and they all leaked and were expensive for my taste. I find that I pull the cover off quie a bit and the extra space it takes up is too much for me. I went from a SuperCab to the SuperCrew and only complaint is bed lenght withdrawl. The extra foot makes a difference sometimes! .. all in all though I am happy with the SCrew.. anyway I digress

Any info on this is appreciated.

Thanks

I had my sportmasters tonneau installed just a couple of days ago, and am generally pleased with it. I liked the idea of having to open the tailgate to roll it up. Gives it a little more security over other soft tonneaus.
We have gotten quite a bit of rain in the last couple of days here in Indy and the cover has kept it out quite well. I did notice a couple of drops near the tailgate, but the rest of the bed was very dry.
If there are any other specifics you would like to know, let me know.

thanks for the info bleppek...

How is the velcro sides holding up? do you have any problems with them not staying lined up when you roll the top back down.
have had friends with other velcro tops and this was a problem. Plus dirt and grass tended to collect on the velcro. Any truth to that with this one?

The velcro sides seem to be doing pretty good. But like I said, I've only had it for a couple of days.
The few times I rolled it up and back down, the velcro has lined up well. It doen't look like it will become a probelm. I can't really comment on the grass and dirt question. The grass hasn't started to grow and I haven't gotten it on the dusty dirt roads yet.
I will say that the velcro (while clean) does a good job of staying fastened. I had it going around 80 down the highway without any of it coming undone.
If I start to see any potential problems or issues with it, I'll be sure to post them here.
