Shipped via convoy ??
Shipped via convoy ??
Ok I have read the post at https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...ght=allocation .
But I have a question that the above post may answer and I am just not reading right. I just found out that my truck has been shipped via convoy on March 2. The last thing that was mentioned is that it was built as of March 1. There has ben no mention of Rail ever when I have checked status. My questions are does that mean the truck will not be using rail? Is it possible that it will go from convoy to rail to convoy? Also if the truck is shipped via convoy does anyone have an idea how long it will take on convoy from KC to the Macon (Middle Georgia) Area?

Mine went "via convoy" to the shipping yard. Then "via rail" to Mesquite, Texas where it sits today. I'm told it will then ship "via truck" to it's final destination. Yours has probably left the plant (n the 2nd) going to the rail yard and by now is on a train headed to Georgia.
Good thing it wasn't on a train headed west. Did you see the train derailment in Oklahoma this morning. The news said that it was loaded with auto from a plant in KC!!!!
