uploaded pic of new black billet grille into my gallery main pic,but i cant seem to find it???gallery or pic,,,any ideas???

Go to your gallery and bring up the picture you want to show. Then click in your browser's Address bar (where it says "http://yada yada yada...". The content of the address bar should reverse colors (dark background, light letters). Hold the CTRL key down and Click the 'C' key.

Now go back and edit your post. Click the "http://" button. You will be asked to enter some text. Enter something like 'My Grille" and click OK. You will then be asked to enter your "URL". Simply hold down the CTRL key and click the "V" key. The URL of your gallery picture will now have replaced the "http://" that came up initially. Click OK.

Preview your post. It should show "My Grille". Click on "My Grille" and your photo should show up in a new window.
