My truck is at the dealer, they just put new clutches in, also to look for rear window rattle. They called and said the clutches are done, but they don't hear any ratlle. I told them to let it warm up and try it again. In the meantime I did some looking around. I looked on another forum and came up with this TSB, "Rattle/Squeak from Power Sliding Back Glass" (Article No. 04-2-6). I called another local dealer to check this out for me. They confirmed it is for the 2004 trucks, they referred to it as (Article 02-04-06). Now I am calling my dealer to give them this info, and make the repair. Also the info I found stated there is a kit to repair this called Rotunda Squeak and Rattle Kit" part number 164-R4900.

Squeak and Rattle Repair Kit
The squeak and rattle repair kit (Rotunda tool number 164-R4900) contains lubricants and self-adhesive materials that can be used to eliminate interior and exterior squeaks and rattles. The kit consists of the following materials:

PVC (soft foam) tape
Urethane (hard foam) tape
Flocked (black fuzzy) tape
UHMW (frosted) tape
Squeak and rattle oil tube
Squeak and rattle grease tube

 

Awesome! Thanks for the info. I just got of the phone with my dealer. Truck is going in tomorrow for that and for a leaky fog light. I'll post again and let everyone know if it fixes the rattle.
