Darn winters, don't be fickle. Give that '86 F150 a chance to break in a little longer and maybe you won't be in such a rush to get a new one.

Good for you man on two counts:
1) taking good enough care and appreciating your '86 so well that you kept it for 18 years, and
2) you get the pleasure of finally getting not only a new truck, but a great one.

Now the wait begins while they build your truck. Anticipation is half the fun (although the real fun begins when you can start driving it!).

Are you selling/trading the '86?

Enjoy!

You know how it is, the alternator will go 8 months from now and the will be looking to you the cost of a new one
