rear window rattle

I took mine into the dealer for the fix. All they did was place some lubricant between the rubber trim and the cab. It has worked to this point....no more rattle. I'm sure it will only be a temporary fix though.

If it does it again, I'll try Chigg3r's suggestion.

I'm with you Chigg3r on wanting to avoid the shop. So inconvenient.

Thanks for the fix info. Looks easy. LOL, a lot easier than what the dealer already did, which was to replace the rear glass.

Actually, lately the rattle has been almost non-existent. I wonder if, over time, things wear in back there and the rattle get quieter. I'm pushing 14k miles now. Gotta be one of the higher-mileage 04s around here.
