Aftermarket Leather

I regret not getting leather when I bought my SCAB now after my light grey cloth seats have picked up some minor coffee stains. I tried to clean them but it looks like they will always be a pain to keep clean. I called www.customsofttrim.com and they said i'd have to go through a dealer to get it done, I spoke with the dealer and they quoted me $1,600.00........guess i'll live with dirty seats until I get my 2007 : ).

I'm sure Katzkin or someone else will have leather covers out before long. In fact, there's another post on this board about a guy who is putting them in his yellow fx4.

That dealer is trying to SCrew you

No pun intended. I am a dealer and I appologize for any wrong information. I was not aware that www.classicsofttrim.com would only go through dealers.

We sell our aftermarket leather on cars and trucks for about $1000-1100. With the heated seats it goes to about $1299-1399. That dealer is trying to get to much gross. I am sorry about that.

Good luck in your search and hope it works out for you.
