Aftermarket acc. and pic @ stillen
I called stillen today, www.stillen.com, I have bought from them in the past, they have a body kit for the extended cab and a hood. Working on intake, and said hypertech should have programmer within 2 months. There website is not updated yet but, they are partners with streetscene and you can check www.streetsceneeq.com.

Here is a pic of hood and body kit.

The holes in the scoops are there,they just don't have a way to plumb them into an intake yet.
