All this talk about cold temps...
I almost don't want to tell you guys it was 78 degrees in Dallas Saturday before last (It was 24 on Sunday, but that's OK....)
-23? I don't think I've ever seen it that cold even in Wurzburg, Germay or in Uijongbu, Korea. Cold yes, but -23?
Then again, I've heard that Chicago is no stranger to -80 windchill factors.
