I called Ford's Marketing Communication Center to ask about the Customer Loyalty Rebate Program #3608. They told me that certificates were sent to qualified recipients; Is this true? I found that hard to believe since they recently included other types of vehicles. Can you get this rebate when you're purchasing your truck? Next-- In the previous posting here of this rebate, it says that the Southwest region is excluded. Where can I find out EXACTLY what states are in this region?

 

I did not get any kind of certificate and I used it with no problem. You just need your regestration or title when you pick up your new truck.

Any dealer will have to access Ford's Smart VINCENT system. They should be able to punch in your zip code and tell you what rebates you're eligible for. Good luck.
