New APR rates on F-150!

New APR rates for Supercab and Regular cab. Note that these may not apply to all regions so check with your dealer to see if your location qualifies (I notice that two of the regions that border mine aren't eligible, Chicago and Twin Cities)! Also note its 36month/48month/60month/72 month is the way the terms are listed.

Yes they should work with the owner loyalty.

I'd recomend waiting until tommorrow to check with your dealer. These updates were just posted this morning so they may not know about them even if you are eligible.

GEEZ!! They announce this just days after I took delivery of my 2004 FX4 SCrew on Saturday, Nov 15. Is there any chance in hell that I can get some sort of retroactive type thing to take advantage of this?? (I'm going to have to call my dealer - he's a friend of the family, so I may have a chance.)

No, rebates can't be done retroactively. If he's submited the paperwork, you can't get these rates. If it hadn't been mailed in or reported sold, all paperwork could be destroyed and redone in today's date, but Ford controls it otherwise and there is no way around the start date on the programs.

Well, after re-reading your post, it looks like I'm not in one the 'eligible customer' areas (I'm in Columbus, Ohio).

Oh well, guess I just have to keep waiting...

How do these incentives work when you order a vehicle? Do you receive the incentives in place when you order or when you take delivery? In other words, if I order today but truck does not arrive until after 1/2/04 and the interest rate incentive is not renewed, am I still eligible?

Thanks

My dealer was very specific - you may apply whatever incentives are available upon delivery of the truck. I would think that would be standard no matter what region of the country.

Yes A plan is eligible for this.

As to order and delivery thats kind of a screwy thing as it depends where you ordered. No matter where you ordered if it gets bigger and better when it arrives you get the better.

Another definate no matter where you order is if it gets better after you order, but goes back before it arrives, you do NOT get the better rebate. Ford only looks at order and delivery date.

Now if you order and it gets worse when you pick the vehilcle up thats where it is screwy. If you order from a small dealer they can lock in the rebates at order (must fill out a form online to do this), but large dealers don't get this feature (last I knew). It doesn't happen very often that this matters, I've only had a few in the last year, but it is nice to know its there.

Alright XCR, I am gonna put you on the spot. In your professional opinion, what do you see for 1/2/04? Based on inventory movement I have seen, I can only see rebates getting better from here.

Thanks again for your insight.
