Add another one to the list

No big deal but my audiophile does it too. Also shut speed vol to 0 and it stopped.

Yes, has happened to me two or three times in 2400 miles.

Very rare. No big deal to me, but would rather it not do it.

volume spikes!!!!

I thought I was going crazy with these volume spikes. First time I thought it was just me. It started happening more often. Finally the volume of the sound system dropped to quiet when ever I took my foot off the brake to accelerate. I would manually turn up the volume and it would be fine until I released the brake at the next stoplight.---It turns out there was a "fried" wire in the stop light switch. The dealer "rigged" it to work correctly until a new switch could be ordered. I finally had the switch replaced and the problem is gone. I hope this helps anyone concerned.--Hoss

its called speed volume. its designed to where when your driving, and there is road noise, the radio will turn itself up to the volume you want, but when you slow down to a stop, it turns itself down (no road noise then)

if you want speed volume off, push the menu button, and go to speed volume, and arrow it all the way down. you won't have any problems after that

I've had it happen with the single CD HU. Set the speed volume to 3, hasn't happened since, but then it's only been a week.
