Another question. Does a receipt date of 10/22 mean that my dealer stalled ? I ordered it from him around 10/8.

Since you ordered a Screw you may need to rent a car -- they are taking up to 2 months -- and If you ordered it the 8th it should have been in on th 9th or 10th -- your dealer dropped the ball.
