Does anyone think it is a bad sign when the truck you purchased does not have a capacity label?

I have been after my dealer for 7 weeks to get me one but they haven't yet. Ford insists that I have to go through the selling dealer to get it

So far the only problem I have is the clock on the radio which still isn't fixed. It doesn't keep time. Now the dealer can't get there hands on a new radio.

 

Certification labels are hard to get because they
are produced for each individual truck.It has the
serial # and date of birth. Hey birth cirtificate.
