Just had the cover installed Friday. I have no problems with the way the cover looks and operates. I had the optional rack installed on the cover and I will be adding racks for my bicycles soon. Check out my gallery for the lastest pics.

Looks great...How hard do you think it will be to remove for the occasional hauling of large items?

I put one on my Screw Black, with auto lock feature. Gotta say, that was the best $150.00 accessory I have ever purchased.

I love the way it makes the truck look

Freddy,
Who did your install? I'm wondering if mine isn't installed properly and that's why it doesn't look right? Thanks

There are only four clamps holding it down and they look easy to undo. It is not supposed to weigh more than 120 pounds but with that weight I wouldn't want to remove it with out help. I just noticed yesterday that the wiring they did for the lock is not disconnectable without cutting the wire. I will have to take it in to have them put some kind of plug. Also just noticed one mounting screw for the rack is missing, they drilled the hole but the screw is not installed.

So I guess it is not as perfect as I originally thought. I still am glad I got it.

I ordered mine last week. Can't wait until it gets here. How long did yours take to show after you ordered it?

I had Tillmans in Greenwood, Indiana do mine. Call Rick ("Owner") tell him I sent you. Ask him (them) to take a look at your installation and they'll tell ya what to do. My truck is black and they didn't get a scratch on it. The system works great, and I do recommend the auto lock system. Rick also is a distributor for the bedrug, which I have on order.

If you need anything else, email me @ o2softie@hotmail.com

Mine did come with a plug for disconnect. You can get them at auto store. But I would have them fix it......

skiultr ,

No not yet.... I need to get some on my gallery. I will try to do so in the next day or 2. My Screw is Lariat, Black, Chrome Running Boards, Vent Visors, Tinted Windows, Bug Shield, Are II cover.

It is one good looking head turning truck.

How are you putting in Direct TV System? I know they make a dish for vans, but didn't know they could do trucks. Please tell me more.

freddy

DTV:

I will not use my truck bed much so I plan on rigging it under the cover nearer the cab. I will use a dish that is on a gyro so it stays locked in on the signal. The only question is the signal tru the hard cover (or soft) cover. For me, I run a business that operates in SC and OH, so I travel between the two quite a bit and radio gets old. I have a Multi-Media computer that the signal will connect to so the application will not be a bolted in fixture. Still some questions ont he config but a buddy ressures me it'll work. I will post an update upon completion. Ordered truck 10-8, will deliver???? I don't have a VIN yet eaither. I am Hdqtred in Dayton and actually off to Wabash later this morning.

Check this out. It is easier than you think. I would add this unit on top of your hard tonneau cover and your done.

Freddy,
Thanks for the advice on Tillmans...They fixed me up!! As I thought my lid was installed improperly. They quickly remidied the situation and the top looks much better...I also ended up purchasing a full set of Husky floor mats for my truck and my wife's Aviator while I was there...Great bunch of guys!! Well worth the trip from the Northside...Thanks again
