1500HD isn't really a 1/2 ton. This year they renamed it 2500 which is more accurate. The rumor is that they will have a true SuperCrew competitor mid year. I expect you'll see the Avalance disapear in the next couple of years as it was supposed to compete with SuperCrew, but didn't do well. The same is true of Explorer Sport Trac, I expect the new Ranger next year will have a Crew cab and Sport Trac will go away shortly after.
