Arrived at the ramp

Can anyone tell me, does the status 'arrived at the ramp' mean the truck is waiting to shipped by rail? Or does it mean that it has already been shipped by rail and is waiting to be transported to the dealer by truck?

Could be either depending on the ramp, but usually is awaiting truck shipment to dealer.

I feel your pain, mine was shipped on 10/1 and supposed to be at the dealer on 10/6 still don't know where it is except not at the dealer.
