When will there be rebates and cash back?

Just wondering because I'm buying in early 05. And if Ford has any rebates or cash back options by then, I may be able to get an FX4. It looks like if GM and Dodge are doing the rebates/cash back incentives thing, then Ford should too? What do you guys think?

Do you mean "early 2004"?

Seems like they would. The 2003s should be gone by then and the 2004 will have been out for 3-4 months.

keep in mind that Ford intends to use the Heritage/Classic model as the incentive driven value model.

Any incentives on the new body style will not be as deep as the old style.

They want to make the investment back on the new truck.

incentives

Most likely there won't be any for sometime. i was told yesteray that there are now over 70,000 orders to fill as of today. If we build @1000-1200 per day at our plant and the same in Norfolk it will take some time just to fill these orders. As long as sales are good there is no need to have incentives.

$3000 dealer incentive in Santa Rosa

Looking in the paper this morning, it is again "FORD TRUCK MONTH" at a dealer up the highway from me. They advertised a dealer incentive of $3000 off the MSRP on 04 F150's.
Knowing these clowns, I know this is a come in add. Their sister dealership in my city has marked up from the MSRP. Same ownership, different lots.

recent college grads (2002 or later) can get $400 from Ford on any vehicle. I got it on my 04 Scab. not the kind of money everyone is looking for, but hey, it's something.

Damn, what about ANY kind of Ford? That sucks that they limit it to an F-series.

Question

Do you have to trade or just own one? I have my 97 already spoken for when my Screw comes in. That 1000.00 would cover my bed cover and ventshades

From what I have read...

Just have to have one in your "household"

Do not have to trade.

Now, if I can just get my Dad and his 2002 to move in with me....

It is my understanding that no trade is necessary - it is kind of a loyality thing but, it is not valid on Super Crews.
