What 4-wheeler do you have? I have two quads - one fits in my 5.5' bed and the other does not with the tailgate closed. Either bed extender or tie it down.

what's the length overall from wheel tip to wheel tip? I'd say if it measures more than say, 66 inches, it may not fit.

Try looking at this site...locks 4-wheeler down with tailgate open...I have one using it on my 02 screw when hauling my rubicon.

According to the Yamaha web site, that quad is 79" long. Bed is 67" long so not likely to fit with the tailgate up. A bed extender would work, but that is kind of a pain by its design. It would haveto be removed for loading/unloading and re-installed once done vs. just flipping it over. I would look into a 6.5' bed which may still be close on fitting.
