Finally got it! Pics!!

Ordered 8/11. Delivered 8/18. Exactly 5 weeks. Thanks everyone for answering my questions over the last few weeks and making the wait bearable! I absolutely love this truck. It is everything I expected. Let me know what you think and check out the running boards. They are different than any pictures I had seen of them but I actually like them better than the true "tubular" ones I think. These are described by Ford as the "Bright Tubular Running boards) Once again, as of now, not one single problem or complaint with this truck. Very solid and fit and finish is wonderful. Great job Kansas City!!! Here's the link:

Nice TRUCK Stratman! Are those running boards more of a "flat design" then a true round tubular?

Yes, that's what I was talking about. But I really like them. I have a close up in my album.

Ok, I didn't click on the other pictures. I agree, they look much better then the "round tubular" put on the 03 models. I like the profile on these! My SCREW, two-tone, 4x4, is built and waiting to be transported to Dallas. I also got the running boards like you. Take care....NJR

I do believe that is what they put on when you order the tubular running boards. much flater than normal tubular running boards. I seen thim on trucks at the dealership too. I like them too. I ordered some on my truck also can't wait.

Stratman, is there a possibility that you can take some interior pictures of your truck? I am waiting for my XLT supercrew as well and I haven't seen anyone post any XLT interior pics. I would also like to see what it looks like with the rear seat lifted up. (All pics I've seen have the Audiophile subwoofer). Thanks.

Like the truck! I am thinking black or dark shadow grey for mine, and those steps are cool. Congrats!

Added interior pics....

BigJim,
I just updated my gallery and added the interior pics that you were wanting to see. It was starting to get dark so some are a little washed out by the flash, but you should be able to see what you were looking for. I hope your truck comes in soon! I sure am enjoying this one!!
Stratman.............

Interior color?????

Thanks! It's what Ford calls "Medium Flint/Dark Flint two-tone premium cloth seats." They have a picture of this exact interior on page 22 of the brochure. Plain, I agree, but quite functional-Stratman............
