I saw an FX4 Ext silver and grey yesterday. The dealer wanted $46,000. I was told there is NO price negotaitions being that the model has just been released. Lease rates are out of this world! Not worth it at this time. I thought I heard 7.9%?(lease rate) and 6.9% for 60 month finance and 5.9% for 48 month finance.

I'm waiting till the spring to order. Rates are too high. Might have to go TD Bank and get a loan, might be cheaper in the long run.

while its true that there is not a lot of discounting, a sale is a sale.

Shop around and don't be afraid to tell a dealer what the next guy is offering.

I have no idea what the ultimate price would be, however you should never, ever pay MSRP or even close to it.

Talked to a Dodge dealer on Friday night (to compare incentives only)

Guy offered me 2 hundred off the sticker plus 0%. I laughed in his face. I said "bull" On a Dodge or Chev I think a couple hundred over invoice is fair. He laughed at me. I said "Dude, you sell it for invoice and you still have your holdback".

Of course he played dumb. "Whats a holdback" I says to him "are going to treat me like Im stupid all night or are you ready to sell a truck"

Morale of the story... some greedy salespeople wont play ball. The more you pay, the better their commission. SOme of these shortsighted people are prepared to lose a sale before they cut the commission back a couple hundred.
