Well, right now we are still ramping up to full production. This week we have been building between 350 and 380 per shift. We will eventually get to around 550 per shift and are suppose to start working every other Saturday in October. I would guess that probably 66% of what we build are screws.

Hay screwbuilder are you building any extended cabs there. and if so have you been building any with flare side beds. my dealer says ford hasn't been building any yet. although I have heard there are some out there. I ordered mine a month ago and still don't have a build date for it.

I was told by dealer that my truck as of 9/6/03 has been BUCKED. Could you explain to me what that means also it had a build date of 9/1/03. Dealer said I should have my truck by the end of the month. Do you think that sounds right? It's a all black FX4 Screw with everything but moonroof & leather. I forgot to ask for a vin # will try to get it tomorrow.
