This might have been covered before so excuse me for asking again. Anybody know how to figure about what D plan price will be on say a 39,200 MSRP truck? I know it will be on the actual invoice but I am just curious and would like to sort of have an idea before I order especially since the dealer has already been proven to be somewhat less than trustworthy or reliable. Thanks in advance

 

I'd suggest finding a dealer your more comfortable with first.

 

I absolutely agree 10 billion percent! If the dealership is not being honest during the sale you need to be thinking of how they are going to be when it comes to servicing and waranty. Be careful, there are alot of crappy dealerships out there that all they want is your money any way they can get it.

 

D plan requires them to give you a copy of the invoice on delivery. Also for an estimate you can figure ROUGHLY $1000 under invoice on a F-150 (but this varies based on the price of the tuck)

 

Ok, I was kind of guessing that and I figure that if I can get them to order it for me and show me in writing from Ford the D plan price on the invoice then I should be ok. My brother works in service so I should be ok as well. If not then I guess I will take my pin elsewhere. I will just have to wait and see what I hear from the salesman today. When they order the truck, all of the prices will appear on the order and confirmation. They include MSRP, INVOICE, A/Z/D Plan & X Plan.

can normal people get the d plan pricing wothout any special requirements??

 

D plan is for Blue Oval Certified dealership employees and their familys. Normal customers can't get this.
