When did the 04 F150 officially go for sale?

Anyway, lastnight I went to my local Ford dealer's 04 F150 kickoff extravaganza. They had hotdogs, chips, etc. It was really cool! I took about 20 pics, they should be back sometime this weekend, so I will be sure to post some good ones. It was rockin' awesome I got to test drive a King Ranch.
